Our Story
Itadaki Technologies was founded in September 2025 in response to one of the most defining moments in Nepal’s modern history. During the Gen Z-led protest, a peaceful movement for justice and accountability turned into a national tragedy, costing the lives of 74 people and causing billions in damages. The catalyst was not just corruption and political negligence, but also the deep frustration of Nepal’s youth—talented, educated, and eager to work, yet facing limited opportunities at home.
Our founder, Ryutoku Komyo, recognized that the root of this unrest lay in the despair of an unemployed generation. He envisioned a solution: to create a platform where Nepalese youth could access meaningful opportunities in the global IT industry, empowering them to build better futures for themselves, their families, and their nation.
Our Mission
At Itadaki Technologies, we believe that while corruption cannot be eradicated overnight, opportunity can be created today. By harnessing the power of technology, we aim to transform Nepal into a hub of innovation, contributing not only to local development but also to the broader South Asian region.
To make this vision possible, an emergency collaboration was formed with experts from Japan, Taiwan, Hungary, Switzerland, India, and Nepal, focusing on IT software engineering and sustainable innovation.
Our Commitment
We have already signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with schools and non-profit organizations across Nepal.
70% of our profits are pledged to social causes, especially projects dedicated to children’s education and women’s empowerment.
We are building a team of global experts across multiple sectors who share our vision of empowering Nepal’s youth through skills, innovation, and opportunity.
